Samantha Thompson, Vice President of Design for Custom Design & Construction, has led the design department since 2004.

Samantha has been lead designer on over 100 residential remodeling projects including kitchen renovations, bath renovations, master suite additions, second-story additions, and complete house rebuilds. These completed projects can be seen in communities across Southern California.

A native of the state of Washington, Samantha graduated with honors from the University of Washington. Graduate school then brought her to Southern California, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles with a degree in design.

Samantha is one of the founding members of the National Association of The Remodeling Industry (NARI) Los Angeles Chapter and currently serves on the executive committee. She is also a member of the NAHB Remodeler's Council.

In her free time, Sam enjoys numerous athletic pursuits. In college, Samantha was team captain and an All-American selection in water polo. She had also competed in several marathons, including qualifying for and completing the Boston Marathon.
