I understand that you have now met with David Croyder and you are planning to give them approval to come to their aid in the restoration of both their house and their day-to-day life. I am truly grateful for your agreeing to become involved in what is apparently an “undone mess.” David is very special to me – he is the reason that I am in the home building business. I will always do whatever I can when he needs me, and by your responding and reacting to my request for help, you have done me a huge favor by helping him and his family.
